Sabemos que o mais importante é a proximidade e o relacionamento com a comunidade e as pessoas a quem pretendemos servir. Poder ouvir e dinamizar a participação desta comunidade num projecto conjunto é a metodologia com a qual a Cuerama está comprometida, onde se insere de um modo transversal a possibilidade de medir – de forma contínua, próxima e transparente – o impacto dos nossos projectos.

Estamos comprometidos com a transparência e mesmo quando o impacto for menor do que o desejado, vamos aprender com isso e integrar essa aprendizagem no terreno para podermos criar mais valor. Os resultados de impacto são um dos nossos principais valores, e é por isso que anualmente agregamos e publicamos o impacto do nosso trabalho.

IMPACTO

A teoria da mudança da Cuerama tem como base uma interacção entre os beneficiários e o tipo de solução implementada, onde o impacto e a medição de resultados é o verdadeiro guia e motor estratégico de actuação. A Cuerama pretende primeiramente estruturar a capacidade organizacional das comunidades e das famílias mais pobres, com um foco particular nas crianças, jovens, mulheres e famílias, nomeadamente na sua capacidade de intervenção e empoderamento. Mas também quer agir através da capacitação de quadros locais – complementando em trabalho e em rede com parceiros públicos, empresas, sociais e académicos - de forma a poder criar um espaço onde se podem discutir necessidades e soluções.

We know that proximity and the relationship with the community and the people we intend to serve is most important. Listening to the community and streamlining participation in joint projects is the methodology that Cuerama is committed to, measure impact in a continuous, close and transparent way is transversally inserted in our projects.

We are committed to transparency and even when the impact is less than desired, we will learn from it and integrate this learning into the field so we can create more value. The impact results are one of our main values, and that is why we annually aggregate and publish the impact of our work.

Cuerama’s theory of change is based on an interaction between beneficiaries and the type of solution implemented, where the impact and measurement of results is the real guide and strategic engine of action. Cuerama intends primarily to structure the organizational capacity of the poorest communities and families, with a particular focus on children, young people, women and families, particularly in their capacity for intervention and empowerment. We also want to act by training local staff – complementing work and networking with public, business, social and academic partners – in order to create a place where they can discuss needs and solutions.
